Software Developer

We are looking for a skilled Software Developer to join a growing team in Laconia, New Hampshire. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining internal business applications. This is an on-site position that offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with subject matter experts and contribute to the development of innovative solutions., Develop, test, and maintain multi-tier software applications using PHP, SQL, and MySQL.

Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications.

Write and optimize complex queries and stored procedures to ensure efficient database operations.

Create user-friendly web applications using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and other front-end technologies.

Implement robust application features and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve software issues before deployment.

Document development processes and provide clear user instructions and training.

Work closely with team members to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.

Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices to enhance application performance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure project success.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree is preferred. Proficiency in PHP, SQL, MySQL, and Java. Experience in developing end-to-end web applications and database-driven solutions. Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap. Ability to write complex queries and stored procedures for database management. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
