Job description

  • Document Client's technical support Services procedures that meet requirements and adhere to defined policies.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and Resolve Incidents for Devices, including removing and replacing and/or repairing physically broken or inoperable Devices owned or supported by SUB.
  • 2-3 years of desktop support or onsite technician experience.
  • Conduct appropriate tests of repaired Device to ensure the Device is operating appropriately.
  • This role is a salary non-exempt position with a targeted salary range of $60,000 USD annual gross
  • Obtain End-User acknowledgment for completion of Service Request (check out procedure).
  • Coordinate with End-User or other site staff to schedule On-Site technical support Services visit in response to an escalated Incident or Service Request.

Your tasks

  • Service and support of facility technology and peripherals
  • Provide Level 1 support for in-scope software as coordinated through Client Service Desk
  • Document manual and automated IMACD Services procedures that meet requirements and adhere to defined policies.
  • Conduct pre-installation and site survey activities (e.g., network connectivity, power, data jack preparation) in accordance with the procedures and specific Service Requests
  • Deploy and test the Device implementation in accordance with the standard equipment configuration(s) and software image and in accordance with the procedures and specific Service Requests. (Example: Back Office Refresh)
  • Perform equipment and software IMACDs and reinstallations in accordance with the specific Service. Request, procedures and other application policies (e.g., security policies).
  • Perform onsite decommissioning services on equipment or software or ship Devices as necessary to designated onsite quarantine location for reuse, disposal or return.
