Job description
- Own and cultivate strategic relationships between the BRM (Building Relationship Management) function and partners to stimulate demand and drive value.
- Develop deep domain knowledge of partner organizational functions and establish cross-functional relationships.
- Educate partners on the BRM purpose, emphasizing powerful communication and effective collaboration.
- Collaborate with leaders to evaluate and shape initiatives for strategic value.
- Focus on value creation over solutions, identifying new opportunities through industry trends.
- Monitor initiative progress, ensuring alignment with expectations and strategic objectives.
- Validate that organizational purpose supports desired results through business case development and financial awareness.
- Strategize with partners to create future roadmaps that converge organizational strategic direction into unified objectives.
- Collaborate actively in maturing the BRM discipline and developing best practices.
- Evolve BRM artifacts, including Strategic Relationship Plans, Value Plans, and other key documents.
Requirements
- 3 or more years of experience in Clinical Laboratory Operations., * Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Life Sciences, or Business Management.
- 3 or more years experience working within project management
- Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP®) certification
Additional Job Standards:
- Experience in roles involving direct interaction and high influence with senior leadership, both internal and external.
- Ability to rapidly build rapport and trust across all departments, creating alignment among disparate senior stakeholders to commit to key talent initiatives.
- Familiarity with IT systems, infrastructure, and processes, including enterprise applications, networks, data centers, and security is preferred but not required.
- Leadership skills in driving change collaboratively with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of delivering innovative and pragmatic solutions.
- Project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
