IT Security Specialist

Join our team as an IT Security Specialist in Charlotte, NC, where you will be responsible for managing and supporting identity and access management operations. This contract position requires expertise in IT security technologies, and you'll be working onsite to ensure the successful delivery of operational services globally.

Key Responsibilities Manage and support identity and access management operations. Engage in problem triage and service restoration. Identify root causes and facilitate permanent fix resolutions. Ensure operational services are delivered successfully globally. Collaborate with teams to enhance IAM infrastructure.

8 years of production support experience in IT security technologies. Excellent knowledge of identity and access management domain. Strong understanding of Linux, networking, and information security. Familiarity with ITIL framework. Possession of CISSP or equivalent information security certification is a plus.
