Job description
Performs program customization and development using established programming languages, currently C# is the programming language used. Also, some responsibility for administering and maintaining the company's network infrastructure. Ensure the Information System and data is protected and adequately supports the business., * Maintain and update existing programs to improve functionality and efficiency.
- Recommend, schedule, and perform software improvements and upgrades.
- Document all programming tasks and procedures.
- Develop new software applications and enhance existing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.
- Ensure software security, scalability, and reliability.
- Helps to set up, configure, and support internal and external networks.
- Communicate with all departments professionally and effectively.
- Ability to shift priorities in a productive and solutions-oriented manner.
- Applies flexibility in day-to-day work with a positive mindset, ensuring continuity and quality of work.
- Follow workplace safety policies and procedures.
- Follow IATF16949 and ISO14001 standards.
- Contribute to a positive environment.
- Promote and maintain a clean work environment consistent with 5S practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in CIS; 2+ years IT experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience., Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public., Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY
Must be a self-starter with good communication skills. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to apply principles of logical thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. Ability to deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables. Experience and proven ability in interacting with people in a positive, motivating way.
