Job description
Seeking an experienced Systems Analyst - Consultant to support, enhance, and maintain enterprise PeopleSoft HCM and Financials systems. This role focuses on system implementation, customization, integration, and ongoing support to ensure data integrity and business continuity., * Develop, deploy, and support delivered and custom modules for PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and Financials 9.2
- Design, build, and maintain system interfaces with internal and external applications
- Troubleshoot system issues and ensure data integrity across platforms
- Implement and maintain strong data security and access controls
- Support system upgrades, patches, and new technology initiatives
- Create and maintain technical and business documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience with PeopleSoft Financials and HCM systems
- Strong experience in full SDLC: requirements, analysis, development, testing, and implementation, * PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 & Financials 9.2
