Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services -OR- a combination of equivalent education and work experience
Within 90 days of hire: Epic certification
4 or more years of Epic Certification with build experience
7 or more years of Build analyst experience in Epic and/or equivalent healthcare software
Preferred Qualifications:
Upon Hire: Certifications in software applications, technology infrastructure, or clinical specializations
Resolute Professional Billing Administration Certification and/or Resolute Professional Billing Claims and Remittance Administration Certification
Experience with FQHC, RHC, and/or Tribal billing and claims, including familiarity with related workflows, regulations, and build considerations
Working knowledge of SelfPay / SBO processes, including patient statements, collections workflows, and financial assistance programs
Experience supporting or configuring estimates functionality, with an understanding of how estimates impact patient experience, billing accuracy, and revenue cycle outcomes
Excellent written, oral, instructional, presentation, and interpersonal skills focused on motivation and positive attitude
Demonstrated ability to elicit and define requirements for complex systems, translating business needs into welldesigned configurations, workflows, and validated solutions
Proven experience contributing to crossfunctional project teams and supporting complex initiatives through completion, making thoughtful adjustments to maintain scope, timeline, and quality
Strong track record of building effective, collaborative partnerships with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders in a complex healthcare environment
Skilled at identifying, communicating, and escalating risks and issues, with handson experience performing rootcause analysis and troubleshooting application and workflow failures
Ability to create, maintain, and continuously improve highquality documentation, workflows, and team standards to support knowledge sharing and operational consistency

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
