Job description
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Richmond, VA. This role is ideal for a highly analytical professional who can work closely with business stakeholders, build scalable data solutions, and deliver meaningful insights to support strategic decisions., Collaborate with internal teams and customers to understand data content and business requirements Create and modify Snowflake queries independently to support data analysis Develop automated data processes using Python Partner with business stakeholders to design and develop tools, metrics, dashboards, and data visualizations Troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and enhance existing data pipelines and solutions Quickly learn and apply new technologies to support evolving initiatives Conduct data analysis to generate actionable insights for business strategy Ensure adherence to data quality management principles, including metadata, lineage, and business definitions Build and maintain production data pipelines and implement tools to monitor and report on data quality
Requirements
Strong proficiency in SQL Strong proficiency in Python Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication (soft) skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Apache Spark Familiarity with AWS cloud services
