Job description
- Leading functional design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle WMS (On Prem) within Oracle E Business Suite (EBS).
- Facilitating workshops to capture warehouse process requirements including inbound, outbound, LPN management, picking strategies, replenishment, and task management.
- Designing functional solutions across WMS, Inventory (INV), Order Management (OM), Purchasing, and Shipping modules.
- Creating functional specifications for customizations, extensions, personalization, and integrations with external systems (TMS, label systems, scanners/RF, MHE/Automation).
- Driving setup and configuration of WMS rules, strategies, tasks, workflows, and mobile forms.
- Leading all testing cycles: SIT, UAT, Integration Testing, and supporting data migration and validation.
- Managing CRPs, solution walkthroughs, and end user training.
- Supporting cutover planning and go live readiness for warehouse operations.
- Providing leadership and oversight to onsite/offshore functional consultants and technical developers.
- Ensuring all solutions align with Oracle WMS best practices and client operational goals.
- In this role, you'll report into Supply Chain/Oracle Practice Leadership and lead a blended team of functional analysts, technical developers, and offshore resources.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Oracle WMS (On Prem), ideally across multiple end to end implementations.
- Minimum 3 years functional expertise in Oracle EBS modules: WMS, Inventory (INV), Order Management (OM), Purchasing (PO), and Shipping Execution.
- Minimum 3 years experience designing warehouse processes such as receiving, putaway, picking, value added services, packing, LPN management, and shipping.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Oracle Mobile Supply Chain Applications (MSCA) or RF devices.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience leading client workshops, design sessions, solution reviews, and testing cycles.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience preparing functional designs for RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent OR equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience), * Experience integrating WMS with automation systems (conveyors, sorters, pick to light, AS/RS).
- Knowledge of Oracle OTM, TMS, Manufacturing, or Inventory Optimization solutions.
- Experience with large distribution center operations or logistics engineering backgrounds.
- Prior experience leading offshore/onshore teams in a global delivery model.
- Exposure to transitioning from WMS on prem to Oracle Cloud WMS.
