Job description

  • Manage daily operations of multiple community associations
  • Serve as primary liaison between Boards of Directors, homeowners, and vendors
  • Advise Boards on compliance, best practices, budgeting, and community governance
  • Conduct site inspections, issue violation notices, and ensure follow-up
  • Prepare agendas, attend Board/Association meetings (including evenings), and document actions
  • Oversee annual budgets, review invoices, monitor delinquencies, and support collections
  • Obtain and manage vendor bids; oversee projects, maintenance, and landscaping
  • Respond to and manage emergencies, insurance claims, and time-sensitive issues
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and annual maintenance calendars
  • Learn company and industry software (training provided within 30-90 days)

Requirements

Do you have experience in Vendor relationship management?, * Strong knowledge of the Davis-Stirling Act and Civil Code

  • Experience advising Boards and ensuring association compliance
  • Excellent organization, time-management, and independent work skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication; able to draft notices and meeting minutes
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and make decisions under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Availability for evening Board meetings
