AI Platform Engineer

Talent Groups is hiring an AI Platform Engineer to build and scale AI and ML platforms that support modern, production ready systems. This role sits between engineering and DevOps, focused on enabling AI workflows, improving platform standards, and driving consistency across teams.

This is not a model tuning role. It is ideal for someone with strong platform engineering experience and exposure to modern AI technologies who can bridge technical teams and improve how AI systems are built and operated.

What You Will Do

• Design and scale AI and ML platforms and infrastructure
• Build and maintain data pipelines and model lifecycle workflows
• Implement CI and CD practices for AI systems
• Establish development standards including branching strategies and templates
• Manage AI platform operations including tooling, access, and token management
• Design workflows using tools like Temporal.io
• Partner with engineering, AI, and infrastructure teams to drive alignment and delivery

• 3+ years in platform engineering, software engineering, or ML infrastructure
• Experience working across engineering and DevOps environments
• Familiarity with modern AI workflows and tools
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams

Nice to Have

• Exposure to MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or Airflow
• Experience improving engineering standards and documentation
• Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools like Temporal.io
