Provide general support for Cisco configuration changes to support the daily operational needs of NRESS staff and the VPN access to NRESS

Support for patching and responding to findings from security scans

Provide support for troubleshooting incidences. NRESS staff will be the first level of support but may require an escalation of support with a 24x7 response time.

Assist in the replacement, modernization, and refresh of the existing NRESS network Juniper

Provide general support for Juniper configuration changes to support the daily operational needs of the NSPIRES website

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or Computer Science and a minimum of 5 years of work experience with networks with 2 years of experience specific to Cisco and Juniper technology.
- Experience with Cisco & Juniper networks
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (both oral and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills Selected applicants will be subject to a government background investigation.
