Job description
- Advocate for quality and performance within the team; challenges the team to continuously deliver high-quality bug-free software while maintaining high delivery speed
- Advocate for the customer and their experience; strong desire to understand the customer
- Experience developing automated test suites for web-based SaaS software in modern CI/CD systems
- Strong experience using AI tools to develop and maintain automation suites
- Strong understanding of the test pyramid and how to build testable software at scale
Requirements
We are seeking a Sr SDET who can champion quality, performance, and customer experience, helping the team deliver reliable, scalable software at speed. You'll bring strong experience in automated testing for web-based SaaS within CI/CD environments, a solid understanding of the test pyramid, and hands-on expertise with modern tools and AI-driven testing approaches., Intermediate/Advanced English skills with strong communication abilities. Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable operating in ambiguous, early-stage product environments. Thrives in collaborative, multicultural teams while maintaining strong individual ownership. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical decision-making skills. Strong sense of accountability and product ownership. Technical Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Java/C#/Golang or similar programing languages, data structures, and OOP concepts
- Hands-on experience with automation tools/frameworks like Selenium, Appium, WebDriver, Postman, TestNG, Cucumber
- Hands on experience with performance testing and load testing tools like JMeter
- Experience with cloud services like AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
