Job description
GDIT is looking to hire a Senior Data Analyst. The qualified individual
executes complex analyses on vehicle telemetry and sustainment data.
This position provides critical technical expertise in support of Special Operations Forces (SOF). You will help design and implement cutting-edge, data-driven systems that collect, interpret, and report performance information on high-performance vehicles and their sub-systems. Your work will enable advanced insight into logistics, operational performance, predictive maintenance, and lifecycle extension for these mission-essential platforms. Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze datasets.
- Build dashboards and visualizations.
- Conduct trend analysis and basic forecasting.
- Coordinate with engineering and DS teams.
- Ensure data accuracy and documentation.
Security/Compliance: Zero Trust, NIST SP 800-53/RMF, STIGs, CMMC 2.0, SBOM/SLSA.
Edge-to-Cloud Patterns: encrypted transport, identity federation, disconnected ops support.
Data Governance: cataloging, lineage, classification, access controls, retention.
Observability/SRE: OpenTelemetry traces/metrics/logs, SLOs/SLIs, error budgets.
Requirements
- BA/BS with 5+ years data analysis experience.
- Strong SQL and BI experience.
- Security clearance level: Must be able to obtain Secret clearance.
Preferred

Salary and Benefit Information The likely salary range for this position is $96,569 - $130,651. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
