Job description
- Design and implement enterprise-grade AI agent architectures
- Architect complex RAG solutions with advanced retrieval strategies
- Lead development of applications involving text and image analysis
- Build evaluation frameworks and testing strategies for AI outputs
- Implement responsible AI practices including safety and governance
- Guide system design, scalability, and performance optimization
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership
Requirements
IntelliSavvy is looking for a Senior Gen AI Engineer or AI Architect who can design and lead enterprise-scale AI solutions. This role requires strong architecture skills and experience building advanced AI systems., * 5+ years of software engineering, AI, or ML experience
- 2+ years of Gen AI application development
- Strong experience with LLM platforms (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or similar)
- Expertise in RAG architecture and vector databases
- Strong system design and architecture skills
- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS
- Deep understanding of LLM evaluation and quality frameworks
Preferred Skills
- Experience with multi-agent systems
- Knowledge of fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, PEFT)
- Experience with AI governance and responsible AI frameworks
- Familiarity with observability tools
