Job description
As a Software Tester your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Conduct functional, integration, regression, and system testing
- Collaborate with developers and analysts to clarify requirements
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools
- Participate in requirement and design reviews
Requirements
Most importantly, you need to be a passionate Software Tester who enjoys his work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal Software Tester would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:
- Proven experience as a Software Tester or QA Analyst
- Experience testing software developed in .NET and C# environments
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC
- Experience testing custom-developed applications
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or similar, Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field Minimum Experience: 3-5 years of Software Tester or QA Analyst experience
