Software Tester

• Full Lifecycle QA: Perform functional and integration testing for complex system updates.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with Business Analysts and Dev teams to validate acceptance criteria.
• Documentation: Create structured test scripts, visual progress charts, and activity schedules.
• Risk Management: Identify and escalate key test issues and manage re-testing of defects.

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

• Experience with SAP Financials or GenTax.
• Proficiency with Oxygen XML Editor.

• QA Leadership: 5+ years of experience in requirements analysis and test planning.
• Execution: 5+ years of hands-on QA execution and defect tracking.
• Technical Testing: 5+ years of Backend Functional Testing experience.
• Tooling: 5+ years using enterprise tools (e.g., Rational, HP ALM, or similar).
• Strategy: Demonstrated ability to enhance test plan templates to ensure 100% coverage.
