Sr Systems Analyst

Experience within the financial services industry (especially life insurance) is a plus

A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems, * 6+ years of total engineering and systems analysis experience

• Moderate to advanced knowledge of tools and techniques for presenting and analyzing data including SQL, Access, Excel, relational databases, XML, JSON, XSD, Postman/Insomnia and SQL developer
• Affinity for data; where to get it, how to use it, what it means
• Ability to understand the technology and software architecture of an application
• Self-starter, team-focused, independent, collaborative, and can work with minimum supervision
• Proven expertise in system analysis methodologies and techniques, including data analysis, use case development, story writing, testing, and product documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; Communicates clearly, concisely, and impactfully to influence others
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and adapting to organizational changes
• Approaches work with an open mind and sense of creativity by challenging current practices and recommending improvements
• Ability to navigate through ambiguous circumstances and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability
