Blue Mantis is seeking a highly skilled and versatile, Swiss Army Knife Network Engineer to support enterprise-class data centers and ensure seamless network operations. This role focuses on ensuring high availability and performance of network infrastructure while contributing to game-day success., * System Monitoring: Leverage platforms such as SolarWinds and DataDog to ensure network reliability and performance. * Incident Management: Lead network-related incident resolution, ensuring SLAs are met and escalating issues when necessary. * Security Best Practices: Implement and support secure networking solutions, ensuring robust protection in on-premise and cloud environments. * Documentation: Create and maintain detailed network documentation, including topology maps and procedures for troubleshooting.

Bring your technical prowess, leadership, and passion for innovation to the league's fast-paced and mission-critical IT environment., Strong experience Cisco Nexus/Arista/Meraki Switches, Cisco Wireless Controllers, Windows, Linux, and Unix environments using the ServiceNOW ticketing system. * Hands-on experience with firewalls, routing protocols, and network monitoring tools like SolarWinds. * Familiarity with automation tools and scripting * Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to dynamic priorities.
Preferred Skills * Network troubleshooting in data center environments. (Cisco, Palo Alto, Meraki, Arista) * Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automating server and cloud operations. * Familiarity with cloud-based networking solutions in AWS, Azure, or O365 environments. * Knowledge of infrastructure capacity planning and performance tuning. * Familiarity with security best practices, SIEM platforms, and endpoint protection. * Experience with advanced video streaming technologies and CDNs. * Familiarity with infrastructure performance tuning and capacity planning.
Qualifications * Provide game day support on major holidays when games are played. * Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent hands-on experience. * Certifications: CCNA, CCNP (or equivalent) ITIL and technical certifications in, servers and/ or cloud (preferred). * Experience: Demonstrated expertise in a complex, multisite environment.
