Manager of IT & Managed Services

This position is responsible for:

• Leadership of ATC's managed services (MSP) offerings, with a focus on scalability, service quality, and growth
• Oversight of internal IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and policies

The IT & Managed Services Manager will work closely with the Operations and leadership team to align technology strategy with business objectives., Managed Services Leadership

• Lead and manage ATC's managed services business, including service design, delivery, and ongoing improvement
• Develop and refine service offerings, pricing models, SLAs, and operational processes
• Identify and execute opportunities for managed services growth
• Establish standardized tools, documentation, and workflows to support scale
• Serve as senior technical escalation for complex customer issues

Internal IT Management

• Oversee internal IT systems, infrastructure, and security
• Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures
• Ensure reliability, resilience, and compliance with best practices

Cybersecurity

• Define and manage cybersecurity strategies for internal operations and managed customers
• Implement security controls, monitoring, and incident response processes

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of IT and managed services professionals
• Set performance expectations and support a high-accountability culture

Collaboration

• Work directly with the General Manager, Operations, and cross-functional teams to support company goals
• Coordinate with sales and operations to support customer growth and retention

Do you have experience in Telecommunication?, Do you have a Bachelor of Computer Science?, * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

• 5+ years of experience in a managed services (MSP) environment, preferably in a leadership role
• Demonstrated experience developing and scaling managed services offerings
• Strong technical background in:
• Network infrastructure and security
• Cybersecurity tools and best practices
• Cloud and endpoint management
• Experience leading teams and managing IT projects
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Clear, professional communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Certifications

• CompTIA Network+, Security+, Server+, or similar industry certifications

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience in the telecommunications industry
• Working knowledge of ESRI and/or Microsoft Dynamics
