ServiceNow HRSD Developer

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Developer to design, develop, and implement HR solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The candidate will work with HR and IT teams to automate HR processes, improve employee experience, and maintain HR applications within ServiceNow., * Develop and customize HR Service Delivery (HRSD) applications in ServiceNow

• Configure HR Case Management, HR Services, and HR Knowledge Base
• Design workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor
• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Catalog Items
• Create Employee Service Center (ESC) and HR self-service portals
• Integrate ServiceNow with HR systems (Workday, SAP, etc.) using REST/SOAP APIs
• Maintain system security, roles, and access controls
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in ServiceNow HR modules
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development cycles
• Document configurations and technical solutions

• Strong experience with ServiceNow platform development
• Experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module
• Knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting
• Experience with Service Catalog and Flow Designer
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations
• Understanding of HR processes like onboarding, offboarding, employee relations

Preferred Qualifications

• CSA - Certified System Administrator
• CAD - Certified Application Developer
• CIS-HR - Certified Implementation Specialist (HRSD)
