ServiceNow AI Developer - MCP & Agentic Workflows

ServiceNow Developer responsible for the configuration and development of MCP, A2A, Agentic Workflows, and Now Assist AI Control Tower. The role supports AI-driven automation initiatives under the AI CoE and works closely with architects, product owners, and AI teams to deliver scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Configure and develop MCP integrations and agentic workflows on the ServiceNow platform
• Implement and enhance Now Assist AI Control Tower capabilities
• Build AI-driven workflows, automations, and assist experiences in ServiceNow
• Configure flows using Flow Designer, Workflows, and scripting.
• Support testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization of AI use cases

• Strong experience with ServiceNow development and configuration
• Hands-on exposure to Now Assist, AI Search, Predictive Intelligence,- Agentic workflow or AI Control Tower
• Understanding of agentic workflows and AI orchestration concepts
• Experience with Flow Designer, scripting, and integrations
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum teams
