IT Support Specialist

We are looking for that candidate who not only enjoys supporting others with their IT needs but one who like being part of a growing and continual learning environment. The candidate will be front line support for all employees of varying skill levels while also maintaining and managing devices and software for the end-users.

The candidate must have a desire to learn new technologies and utilize their troubleshooting skills regularly.

Responsibilities for this job include but are not limited to:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and Apple IOS environment.
• Provide technical support and guidance to users with questions and issues related to computer systems, mobile devices, and software/hardware.
• Provide routine and emergency support to team members in person, over the telephone, and/or through remote support systems.
• Collaborate with other IT personnel in the completion of projects as assigned by supervisor.
• Promote and adhere to security practices and procedures to safeguard company resources.
• Maintain inventory and required documentation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office Suite and related software.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Post offer, pre-employment drug testing & E-verification are required.

Education and Experience:

• Associate Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years of experience assisting in technical and end-user support.
