This will demand deep integration with our development engineers, creating test plans, bug reporting and triaging, identifying automation opportunities and working on Developing/maintaining AI based Automation Framework/solutions, and supporting design reviews. You will join a dynamic team responsible for qualifying the Cellular features on Apple's innovative devices. You'll help us identify holes in coverage, actively sync with multi-functional teams to reduce duplication, foster better testing, and resist regressions to deliver high-quality releases.
Requirements
Our Connectivity, Cell and Satellite QA team is looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent problem solving and communication skills., Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
2 to 5 years experience in Software QA Engineering role.
Proficiency in manual/UI testing and willingness to engage in both
Deep understanding of SQA methodologies & practices.
Experience testing mobile devices and cellular technologies.
Ability to work under a tight schedule and deliver on time.
Automation experience with high-level knowledge of modern scripting or compiled languages such as Python, Swift.
Capacity to define/design/develop/maintain test automation frameworks
Proficient in Swift testing and/or XCTest frameworks
Capability to investigate problems, prioritize accordingly, and propose a resolution
Demonstrated ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $118,500 and $197,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
