Job description
The SAP Business Network Delivery CoE Product Expert delivers customer-focused expertise across the SAP Business Network (SBN) suite, with emphasis on SAP Business Network for Supply Chain (BN4SC) and SAP Business Network for Logistics (BN4L) . This role drives adoption, value realization, and expansion of intelligent network solutions.
As a senior advisor, you guide customers in transforming supply chain and logistics operations through AI-enabled orchestration, integrated processes, and scalable network design.
- Network-Wide Scope & Design: Lead functional design across SBN, prioritizing BN4SC (Direct Materials, Forecast, Quality) and BN4L (Freight Order Collaboration, Track & Trace).
- Intelligent Solution Shaping: Translate business requirements into AI-enabled, prescriptive solutions aligned to industry best practices.
- Strategic Advisory: Demonstrate how integrated network capabilities (Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, Asset) improve performance and resilience.
- Implementation Leadership: Own end-to-end delivery from discovery and requirements through deployment and adoption.
- AI Advocacy: Apply data-driven insights, exception management, and workflow automation to solve complex supply chain challenges.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Technical teams to resolve issues and enhance delivery.
- Methodology Development: Contribute to frameworks, tools, and reusable assets that strengthen CoE delivery standards.
Requirements
- ERP Expertise: 5+ years implementing SAP ERP (TM, MM Direct Procurement, SMI).
- Planning & Logistics: Experience with MM/PP planning, EWM/LES, QM.
- AI & Analytics: Proven use of Artificial intelligence and data-driven insights in deployments.
- Integration Knowledge: Understanding of CIG/Integration Suite and B2B standards.
- Communication: Strong English presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Workshop Facilitation: Experience leading design thinking sessions.
- Mobility: Ability to travel 60%+.
- Global Experience: Exposure to multicultural environments.
Preferred Qualifications *
- Advanced Planning: SAP IBP or APS (APO-DP, Kinaxis, E2Open).
- BN4L Expertise: Freight Collaboration and Global Track & Trace with TM integration.
- Industry Focus: High-Tech, Automotive, Life Sciences, CPG, or Manufacturing.
- Technical Depth: SAP Ariba CIG and SAP BTP integration., * Required Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
- SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Network, or SAP IBP certifications are preferred.
- PMP, TOGAF, ITIL, or SAP Integration certifications are a plus.
