• You must currently live within 40 miles of an SAP office and work 3 days a week in office.
• Position can be based in US or Canada as long as it is near an SAP office.

The SAP Customer Value Group accelerates enterprise AI transformation on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). As an AI Customer Adoption Advisor, you guide customers from early AI exploration to scalable adoption. You combine technical depth, architecture expertise, and strong customer-facing skills to help organizations translate modern AI capabilities into measurable value.

The Team

The BTP Adoption and Consumption Center team within SAP Customer Value Group drives adoption and consumption of BTP solution portfolio at scale by offering strategic adoption advisory, technical expertise and best practices for our customers. Our global experts bring proactive and reactive guidance, accelerate innovation, and embed thought leadership into customer-facing engagements.

What You'll Do

• Drive AI adoption across SAP BTP-from value framing to architecture and prototype development.
• Deliver workshops, guidance, and hands-on assets that translate technology into business outcomes.
• Support customers through experimentation and transition into production-ready AI solutions.
• Design enterprise AI scenarios using RAG patterns, agentic workflows, and SAP BTP services.
• Deliver scalable enablement through 1:1 and 1:many programs.
• Feed customer insights into SAP's AI and BTP product roadmap.

What You'll Build

• AI-powered enterprise architectures aligned to SAP BTP.
• Working prototypes and PoCs validating business use cases.
• Solution patterns such as knowledge retrieval, automation, intelligent assistants, and cross-system workflows.
• Best practices covering integration, data access, governance, and security.

• 10+ years in AI/ML engineering, application development, or technical advisory roles.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Build. (Complementary skills such as SAP Integration Suite knowledge is a plus.)
• Experience designing AI architectures and building prototypes.
• Background in cloud or enterprise platform environments; SAP BTP experience is a plus.
• Exposure to SAP Line of Business and Industry solutions, and the accelerated value that AI can deliver to enhance these scenarios.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Technical Expertise

• Strong Python proficiency.
• Experience with REST/event-driven APIs.
• Hands-on experience with vector databases.
• Familiarity with RAG patterns, agentic workflows, and enterprise AI system design.
• Knowledge of SAP BTP tools (SAP AI Core, SAP Build, Integration Suite, HANA Cloud) preferred.
