Job description
Manage and maintain servers, backups, storage, troubleshoot and maintain by patching, upgrading, configuring, monitoring, etc.
Requirements
Familiarity with Microsoft patching cycles/procedures -Experience with backup solutions -Experience using and troubleshooting Exchange/Outlook within environment -Experience in configuring and troubleshooting Active Directory Federated Services (ADFS) with claims aware applications -Experience with Windows PowerShell -Knowledge of SharePoint architecture, customization, and branding registers, platforms, scanners, payment devices, wireless devices, Eligible to work in the US
- Academic background in IT related areas
- 2+years cooperate server or PC/network technician experience are preferred
- Through knowledge of PC sever H/W configuration including related peripheral is preferred
- Strong customer service and problem solving skill are required
