Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform, leveraging core Google Cloud Platform services and integrations, including AI-enabled services where applicable.

Implement and manage cloud resources using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), with a strong preference for Terraform.

Hands-on deployment and management of:

Cloud Run
-
Internal Load Balancers

Cloud Storage Buckets
-
Custom IAM roles and permissions

Pub/Sub messaging services
Develop and maintain Git/Terraform/Google Cloud Platform workflows to ensure consistent, repeatable, and secure deployments.
Build and support CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and GitHub.
Collaborate effectively in a multi-vendor environment, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
Communicate clearly and professionally with Google consultants, ensuring alignment on architecture, best practices, and delivery timelines.
Contribute to cloud architecture decisions, security best practices, and operational excellence.
Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Google Cloud Platform Cloud Engineer to support and enhance cloud-native solutions for a large enterprise environment. This role requires deep hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and CI/CD pipelines, along with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multi-vendor ecosystem, including close interaction with Google consultants.
Must-Have Technical & Functional Skills
- Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform)
- Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
- Ansible
- GitHub
- Jenkins (CI/CD pipelines), * Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform services and cloud-native architectures
- Proven experience deploying production workloads using Terraform
- Solid understanding of IAM, networking, and security within Google Cloud Platform
- Experience working in enterprise or large-scale cloud environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI or ML integrations within Google Cloud Platform
- Prior experience in insurance or financial services environments
- Exposure to hybrid or multi-cloud architectures
