Job description

The Insights Analyst supports enterprise-level visibility, data governance, and operational analytics across the Electrical Equipment Center of Excellence (EECOE).

This role is not limited to Customer Success metrics. It provides structured reporting and insight across Safety, Quality, Project Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business Operations, and EECOE KPIs.

The primary focus is ensuring data is:

  • Clearly defined
  • Consistently captured
  • Accurately represented
  • Structured for enterprise reporting
  • Transitioned effectively from legacy tools into scalable platforms

This is a builder role - not just a reporting role., Enterprise Reporting & Visibility

  • Develop standardized reporting cadence across EECOE functions
  • Build executive-ready dashboards and reporting views
  • Translate operational data into actionable insights
  • Identify performance trends, risk signals, and gaps

Data Governance & KPI Standardization

  • Define KPI structures and reporting definitions
  • Align cross-functional teams on common data language
  • Eliminate duplicate tracking systems
  • Improve data accuracy and trustworthiness

System & Data Transformation

  • Support transition from legacy tracking tools (Excel, Airtable, standalone trackers) into enterprise platforms (Wrike, ERP, Vault, etc.)
  • Ensure data integrity during migrations
  • Partner with Business Process Owners to align workflows to reporting needs

Executive & Strategic Enablement

  • Support enterprise initiatives with analytics
  • Create forward-looking insights (not just historical reporting)
  • Provide transparency into execution, risk, and progress
  • Support cross-functional performance alignment

What Success Looks Like (6-12 Months)

  • Unified reporting structure across EECOE
  • Clear KPI definitions documented and adopted
  • Reduced reliance on siloed spreadsheets
  • Improved executive visibility into operational performance
  • Stronger data integrity during system transitions
  • Leaders rely on this role for clarity and decision support

Requirements

  • 3-7+ years in analytics, business operations, enterprise reporting, or operational strategy
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (required)
  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Experience supporting system implementations or data transitions
  • Strong understanding of data governance principles
  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or operational environments preferred
