Job description
A manufacturing client is seeking an SAP Analyst to join their technology team! This individual will serve as a key SAP resource supporting manufacturing and supply chain operations, with a strong focus on plant-level systems and engineering-related workflows. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing data to support business cases, proposed projects, and system requirements, as well as researching SAP-related issues to identify root causes and deliver effective solutions. The SAP Analyst will partner closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to configure, implement, and support SAP solutions across ECC 6.0 and/or S/4HANA environments. This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid position based in the Lansing, IL (Chicago-area) market, offering a salary range of $120,000-$140,000 plus bonus.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience supporting SAP Manufacturing or SAP Supply Chain environments
- Experience with SAP modules including:
? MII - Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence
? PP-PI - Production Planning for Process Industries
? MM - Materials Management
? MRP - Material Requirements Planning
? WM - Warehouse Management
? IM - Inventory Management

Hands-on configuration and implementation experience with SAP ECC 6.0 and/or S/4HANA

Familiarity with EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) tools such as Sphera or similar platforms

U.S. Passport and Driver's License required for occasional travel - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or Management Information Systems

Experience working with Oracle ERP

Exposure to additional SAP modules beyond manufacturing and supply chain

Prior experience supporting multi-site or international manufacturing operations
