A leading North American retail brand is seeking a Director of Business Intelligence to shape enterprise analytics strategy and lead a high-performing BI + Data Science function.
This hire will oversee a 6-person team and drive the vision, governance, and execution of analytics initiatives spanning reporting platforms, predictive modeling, AI strategy, and actionable business insights. Requirements
10+ years in BI/Data Science; 5+ years leadership Advanced SQL, Python/R, PowerBI; predictive modeling expertise Experience translating analytics into executive-level decisions Background in retail, franchise, or multi-location environments preferred Demonstrated ability to build performance-driven, metrics-focused teams
