10+ years in IT operations/infrastructure, including leadership of teams -Experience in hybrid environments (cloud + on-prem) -Proven ownership of cybersecurity programs and DR initiatives -Strong ITSM and change management discipline -Track record managing vendors and optimizing operational spend
