Job description
The Salesforce Administrator manages the day-to-day operations, configuration, and user support for the Salesforce environment at One More Child. This role ensures the platform runs efficiently by handling user management, resolving support tickets, Salesforce features, and maintaining system documentation. The Administrator enhances system usability through proactive improvements, data integrity practices, and ongoing user training., * Manage all user and license administration, including new user setup, deactivation, roles, profiles, and security permissions.
- Manage user support tickets through Asana; troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution.
- Perform Salesforce configuration changes, including:
- Workflow rules
- Process Builder automation
- Fields and custom settings
- Page layouts and record types
- Dashboards and reports
- Support data quality initiatives and adherence to system standards.
- Provide reports and build/update dashboards for all Salesforce programs
- Assist in gathering and documenting system requirements.
- Conduct user training sessions and develop training materials for onboarding and ongoing needs.
- Provide general support to departments to encourage strong Salesforce adoption.
- Maintain documentation of configuration, processes, and updates.

Requirements
Do you have a valid Certified Salesforce Administrator certification?, Do you have experience in Training material drafting?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- At least five years' experience working with Salesforce or a comparable CRM.
- Proactive approach to platform improvements and user experience.
- Experience creating training materials and supporting users.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently., * Working toward or holding Salesforce Administrator certification preferred., * Present oneself, both at and outside of work, in a manner keeping with One More Child's Core Values of Humble, Hungry, Wise, and Called.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration and core functionality.
- Ability to solve day-to-day problems by analyzing issues and determining next steps.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Commitment to ongoing skill development and learning., * Have had a personal conversion experience with Jesus Christ and been scripturally baptized.
- Possess a sense of commitment to ministry through vocation.
- Hold a sincere desire to seek God and His kingdom.
- Demonstrate personal and devotional habits and practices such as Bible study, prayer, and daily meditation.
- Be a member of a New Testament, evangelical Church in the local community and attend regularly.
- Engage in witness activities as a normal part of life., This job requires the ability to work in stressful conditions from time to time and remain focused for extended periods of time. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds (boxes, documents, and equipment).
