We are looking for an IT Support Supervisor to lead a high-performing, remote team of specialists dedicated to IT training, application readiness, and system support.In this role, you won't just manage tickets-you'll shape the culture of a service-first team, ensuring our healthcare providers and staff have the tools and knowledge they need to provide world-class care., * Lead & Empower: Direct, coach, and support a remote team of IT Training and Application Support Specialists.

  • Drive Readiness: Oversee the end-to-end design and delivery of IT training programs and application workflows.
  • Ensure Stability: Maintain system integrity, data accuracy, and strict adherence to healthcare regulatory/compliance standards.
  • Collaborate: Partner with cross-functional leaders to align IT initiatives with broader clinical and business goals.
  • Optimize Operations: Manage team schedules, prioritize workloads, and continuously improve documentation and training materials.
  • Champion Service: Foster a team culture rooted in accountability, continuous improvement, and a "customer-first" mindset.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Team management?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Education:

  • Associate's degree in Clinical Informatics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • OR a High School Diploma/GED plus 2+ years of IT Operations experience.
  • Certification: HIPAA certification or credential (Required).
  • Expertise: Deep understanding of healthcare IT workflows, data integrity, and modern training methodologies.
  • Leadership: Proven experience leading teams and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced or remote environment.
