Application Support
This position performs analytical, technical, and administrative work in efforts to support local end-users, remote end-users, and production lines. Additionally, this position utilizes global processes and tools to achieve the end results. The Application Support Analyst goal is to achieve total end-user satisfaction for technical issues by possessing exceptional customer service skills, willingness to work overtime, and most importantly working as a team.
The shift for this position will be 11am - 8pm Monday - Friday. During the 6 weeks training shift will be 8am-5pm
This is onsite Greensboro Uptime Center daily (not hybrid)
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in performing analytical, technical, and administrative work in efforts to support local end-users, remote end-users, and production linesSolid understanding of TCP/IP and networking principlesExcellent Customer service skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsStrong organizational skillsStrong interpersonal skillsStrong analytical ability to troubleshoot complex problemsSolid Microsoft environment knowledgeDesire to learn and be part of a team
