Business Leadership
- Lead, coach team to empower customers to realize business value by effectively operationalizing Microsoft Security solutions (Azure and M365 E5 Security and Compliance) and services.
- Lead, coach team to drive operational excellence with consistency, rigor, and scale to create sustained impact.
- Must possess exceptional cross-team collaboration and communication. Partner with all required Microsoft stakeholders to land and drive role clarity, account coverage, project assignment and effective cross-team collaboration.
Customer Centricity
- Coach the team to develop Customer Success opportunities by helping technical decision makers understand the outcome-aligned benefits from their current investments in Microsoft Security solutions (M365, Azure) and Unified services.
- Lead your team to deliver positive Customer Satisfaction by coaching them to become trusted advisors to customers and partners. Achieve this by understanding customer objectives, defining and executing customer success plans, and sharing feedback/insights to accelerate value realization.
- Increase time for you and your team to invest in customers and partners by personally modeling the adoption of sales and customer success processes with standard business rhythms, and self-serving business performance insights.
Technical Leadership
- Learn It All: Role model the self-learner mindset through continuous alignment of individual and team's skilling to demands and Customer Success goals?.
- Coach your team to engage in relevant communities to share expertise, contribute to IP creation, prioritize IP re-sure and learn from others to help accelerate our customer's transformation journey.
- Help your team deliver Microsoft's comprehensive security story by leveraging extensive technical experience in foundational security, AI, and architecture design, along with deep expertise in Threat Intelligence and Protection, Cloud Security, Data Security, Identity and Access, and emerging security technologies., This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field OR equivalent experience.
7+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting

Candidates must be able to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
The successful candidate must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret Security Clearance . Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. Failure to maintain or obtain the appropriate clearance and/or customer screening requirements may result in employment action up to and including termination., * 7+ years of experience working in a customer-facing role mapping customer outcomes to technical solutions, driving technical adoption, handling customer escalations, or leading technical projects, teams, or functions
- Learn-it-all mindset in staying up to date with new security scenarios and solutions, and a strong established understanding of the security industry, Microsoft Security, and competitive solutions/services.
- Can be demonstrated by engaging industry or technical certification in Security (e.g., Microsoft Security Technologies, Cloud Security, OCSP, GIAC Certifications, or similar security operations/response)
- Preferred Specialty Experiences:
- Experience or ability to provide thought leadership to incubate new cybersecurity capabilities or services
- Demonstrated ability applying cloud and/or AI solutions to help solve enterprise or cybersecurity mission challenges
- Demonstrated ability of leading teams of technical security professionals in operationalizing threat intelligence, modernizing security operations, usage or development of solutions to help customers realize value from their security investments
- Experience and understanding of sales processes, tools, and operations
Cloud Solution Architecture M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year.
