- Lead substantial growth engineering initiatives, several of which involve the deployment of Adobe Experience Platform solutions
- Translate business and marketing requirements into technical requirements and custom solutions to deliver results
- Support discovery meetings with partner teams to identify their primary business and technical requirements
- Conceptualize new approaches to solution for innovative use cases in mobile and web customer journeys to drive acquisition / upsell / cross-sell / and retention business outcomes
- Represent internal business teams feedback on platform capabilities that will inform the broader product and engineering roadmap for internal Adobe tools
- Develop and maintain solution design repository and reference materials for easier onboarding of new teams and to scale impact of team
- Share standard processes and reference implementations with product engineering teams
Requirements
Use your expertise in solutions engineering to advance Adobe's next phase of growth. This individual contributor role involves implementing technology solutions that promote business and customer expansion. You will work with the Adobe Experience Platform suite, which includes large-scale data infrastructure, machine learning models, and a personalization platform offering new capabilities for both Creative and Document Cloud. As a member of the solutions engineering team, you will manage individual project solutions and help onboard and activate teams on Adobe's data platform. The ideal candidate is passionate about collaborating with product and growth teams to design solutions that endure.
ATTENTION: This role demands practical proficiency with Adobe Experience Platform, including experience working directly within the platform on data workflows, identity, and governance processes. Candidates with extensive, applied AEP knowledge will be highly favored., * Over 5 years of experience in technical/business consulting, including a minimum of 1-2 years of direct experience with Adobe Solutions such as Real Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Product Analytics, and AEM
- Experience in preparing business and technical requirements documentation and ability to foster clarity and alignment.
- Proven track record to build, architect, and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems.
- Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing as the situation demands to guide partners in thinking through all aspects of the ask
- Strong background in leading large web-based systems, or complete software product lifecycle exposure
- Excellent communication/collaboration skills when it comes to leading and inspiring solutions engineers and partners
Technical Requirements
Certification (any type) in at least one of the following:
- Adobe Analytics
- Adobe Target
- Adobe Audience Manager
- Adobe Experience Suite
- Adobe Journey Manager

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $114,100 -- $214,950 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $148,500 - $214,950
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
