Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

  • Significant experience with LMS administration or educational technology.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently.
  • Strong understanding of platform workflows and system interactions.
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong documentation and data validation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with system integrations, SCORM standards, and MARC records is an advantage.
  • Experience with UAT script writing and execution is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage technical support escalations.
