Product Owner at Vaco LLC

We're seeking an experienced Product Owner / Business Analyst-type professional to partner closely with software development teams and business stakeholders. This role focuses on translating business needs into clear technical requirements, prioritizing work, and ensuring delivery aligns with organizational goals., * Partner with development teams to support active initiatives and ensure alignment

• Gather, analyze, and clarify requirements from business and executive stakeholders
• Create and maintain user stories, documentation, and functional requirements
• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value
• Provide regular status updates and demonstrations to stakeholders
• Act as a point of contact for business-related questions during development

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or related roles
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Excellent documentation, presentation, and communication abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on commitments
• Experience supporting or leading successful cross-functional projects

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:

• the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;
• office location and other geographic considerations;
• other business and organizational needs.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
