Job description
- Leading and assisting with the acquisition, refactoring, and integration of geospatial intelligence ground systems, to include introduction of capabilities to support new use cases.
- Collaborating with Aerospace subject matter experts, government, and SETA across the GEOINT enterprise to close end-to-end missions
- Working closely with the Government to define project scope and technical deliverables.
- Identifying skillsets and expertise needed to accomplish technical Government requests.
- Building partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with providing clear and sufficient direction to software development teams to minimize project delays.
- Working across the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense, (DoD) and multiple agencies to enable integration of GEOINT data and capabilities.
- Assisting and advising the Government on geospatial intelligence budget planning and programming.
- Providing independent and objective analysis on ground systems architectures, geospatial intelligence actions, documents, strategies, plans, and issues.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements for the Senior Project Engineer-Systems Engineering - Acquisition and Systems Engineering
- Bachelor's degree in applicable STEM areas or other relevant disciplines.
- At least ten (10) years of increasingly responsible experience in engineering or technical capacity
- Experience in systems engineering and systems integration.
- Ability to lead multi-segmented, disbursed and multidisciplinary teams to accomplish a common objective.
- Experience providing and leading analysis of GEOINT TCPED tech stacks.
- Knowledge of cloud architectures.
- Willing to travel domestically approx. 10%.
- This position requires a current and active TS/SCI security clearance and polygraph, which is issued by the US government. U.S citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance.

The grade-based pay range for this job is listed below. Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skills.
(Min - Max) $151,300.00 - $226,900.00
