Job description
We are seeking an experienced UEFI / Embedded Firmware Engineer to support development, integration, and stabilization of firmware and low-level software for modern computing platforms. The engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready firmware from early platform bring-up through system validation and release readines s, * Develop, integrate, and maintain UEFI, MCU, and embedded firmware components.
- Support new platform bring-up and early hardware enablement.
- Debug and resolve system-level stability, performance, and reliability issues.
- Collaborate with hardware, system, validation, and silicon partner teams.
- Contribute to firmware validation, automation, and CI/CD-friendly workflows.
- Deliver high-quality firmware fixes aligned with schedule and quality goals.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, * Strong experience with UEFI and low-level firmware development (C/C++).
- Hands-on expertise with MCU firmware, BSP integration, and OS/driver interactions.
- Proven ability to debug complex hardware-firmware-software issues.
- Experience working in multi-vendor or cross-company engineering environments.
- Familiarity with source control, build systems, and DevOps/CI pipelines, * Platform bring-up experience for consumer or commercial devices.
- Collaboration with silicon partners during enablement and stabilization.
- Background in firmware validation or test infrastructure development.
- Ability to work effectively in onsite or hybrid engineering environments.
Mandatory Skills: Windows Device Drivers,WinDbg,Semantic Kernel .
