Guidewire Developer

• Develop and enhance integrations for Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter .
• Work with Web Services, XML, GxModel, Messaging, and Batch integrations.
• Build integration components using Java/GOSU and J2EE frameworks.
• Develop APIs, plugins, adapters, and reusable integration modules.
• Support testing (GUnit/JUnit), debugging, and issue resolution.
• Handle code merges, environment coordination, and assist in Guidewire upgrades.
• Participate in Agile delivery, design discussions, and sprint demos.

• Strong experience in Guidewire Integration Development .
• Understanding of P&C Insurance domain (Policy, Claims, Billing).
• Hands-on with Java/GOSU, XML, Web Services, RDBMS , and integration middleware (MuleSoft, WebMethods, WebSphere ESB).
• Experience with batch processes and complex data structures.

Preferred:

• Team leadership or onshore/offshore coordination experience.
• Strong architecture/design skills.
• Guidewire certifications (PC/BC/CC/Integration).

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:$85,000 - $100,000/Annum

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
