The Oracle Data & Reporting Integration Engineer is responsible for managing all data flows and integrations across Oracle EPM modules, the data layer and reporting integrations to downstream data warehouses. The role ensures seamless, secure, and accurate data movement to support financial reporting operations., * Technical lead for projects including scoping and estimating work around EPM configurations, EPM integrations, and new data extracts to meet business needs.
- Analyze and document business requirements to ensure technical solutions address stakeholder needs.
- Collaborate with business users to map current vs. future state processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support testing cycles by validating functionality, documenting gaps, and coordinating with technical teams.
- Design, develop, and maintain data integration pipelines, including extracting, transforming, and loading data from sources such as IDL Raw/Structured, IDL Curated, and the ERP Data Warehouse (ERPDW) into Oracle Cloud.
- Monitor integration activities, troubleshoot errors, and optimize performance to minimize downtime and ensure data consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements, map data models, and implement security protocols for ERP integrations.
- Perform data validation, metadata management, and testing to uphold data quality and compliance in financial reporting processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong project scoping and project estimation skills.
- Expert in at least 3 of the following EPM modules: ARCS, FCCS, EPCM, EPBCS and TRCS.
- 3+ years of software development experience implementing Oracle Cloud EPM solutions.
- 2+ Oracle EPM certifications (preferred)
- Proficiency in ETL tools, SQL, and Oracle Cloud integration platforms (EPM focus), and Groovy Scripting (secondary)
- Experience with Amazon Redshift, Oracle Essbase, SmartView, and Power BI (secondary) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of data security, APIs, and general ledger structures.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills., * Understanding of advanced analytics and machine learning concepts and technology implementations
- Understanding of big data and real time streaming analytics processing architecture
- Understanding of data warehousing architecture and implementation, including source to target mappings and ETL.
- Technology or platform certifications (e.g. AWS, Microsoft)
- Knowledge of the financial services industry

- Occasional Travel <10%, The Salary for this position generally ranges between $94,000 - $120,000 annually. Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors including qualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company's discretion.

This is a hybrid position requiring three days in office per week in one of our hub locations (Philadelphia, PA; Cedar Rapids, IA; Denver, CO). Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.
