Job description

Reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Manager, this position is responsible for the vision, user journey and supporting social media platform roadmap to support campaign plans that drive engagement, e-commerce, lead generation and loyalty conversions. Organize insights and input to make social media recommendations that align with the content framework themes. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, content developers and external resources to create and gain approval for creative assets needed to support shareable organic social experiences. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with strong collaboration skills and can work independently to curate content, generate ideas, and meet deadlines. Experience with social media scheduling software, social media marketing using LinkedIn, social media monitoring tools, and Google Analytics a plus. The salary range for this role is $60,716 to $75,895. Any extended offer is based on the candidate's experience and overall fit for the role. Main Responsibilities

  • Delivers an efficient and unified, omnichannel brand identity experience.

  • Manages social media engagement and curate original content for ASQ brand channels on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

  • Manages delivery of organic social media plans to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for society and Business Unit goals.

  • Leads the planning of social media recommendations, KPIs, resourcing, budget allocations, and optimizations.

  • Owns social media planning, writing, design, scheduling, and deployment.

  • Creates and manages editorial calendar to track weekly social media postings.

  • Optimizes content for search engine findability.

  • Tabulates and analyzes data from social and digital media platforms such as LinkedIn.

  • Collaborates with subject matter experts (SMEs) for story posting and development.

  • Meets timing, investment, and goal expectations while reporting performance and optimizations.

Requirements

Bring Your Best: Position Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, journalism or a related discipline

  • A minimum of one year of experience in social media marketing

  • A minimum of one year of Canva experience

  • Or an equivalent combination.

  • Must be able to comply with attendance and timeliness policies. Must be able to travel up to 5%.
