Lead Quality Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lead Quality Technician to join our clients team at their facility in Horicon, WI, 53032. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. • Oversee daily quality control operations and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of quality technicians, providing guidance and support.
• Conduct inspections and tests on products to identify defects and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and enhance processes.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality metrics.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality management.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in quality control or assurance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and tools (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
