Job description
CGI Federal Inc is seeking Program Management Analyst to support the Office of Data Science and Informatics (ODSI) at Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) under our NASA CPSS contract.
Requirements
Demonstrated ability to manage deliverables according to established schedules. . Proven experience correlating budgets with deliverables and schedules. . Strong collaboration skills with Engineering and Systems Engineering teams. . Ability to effectively collaborate with external customers. . Experience coordinating and engaging with multiple partners, including domestic and international organizations, government agencies, other NASA centers, and Executive Program Managers. . Capability to support and manage cross-functional project planning and interdependencies. . Skilled in delivering high-quality status presentations to customers and stakeholders. . Proficiency in compiling project data from multiple systems and sources into biweekly, monthly, or annual reports for various management levels. . Experience in Agile Project Management. . Knowledge of agile software development methodologies or practices (e.g., Scrum, SAFe certification, or equivalent agile training preferred). . Familiarity and experience with NPR 7120. . Ability to track risks and maintain consistent project documentation in alignment with NPR 7120. . Experience managing science projects, preferably data science projects. . Experience with data science or database-related projects. . Background in application development or advanced technology solutions. . Expertise in data curation. . Experience with data governance practices.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $89,600.00 - $176,300.00.
