Responsibilities include conducting feasibility studies, estimating timelines and costs, and implementing new or enhanced applications. The role may also involve guiding overall system design and ensuring ongoing maintenance aligns with organizational objectives. A strong understanding of development methodologies and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions are essential., 7+ years of software development experience, ideally working on projects of comparable scope and complexity
. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
. Solid understanding of REST APIs and experience defining JSON schemas
. Hands-on experience with object-oriented programming, particularly Java
. Familiarity with JSON-based databases and general data handling practices
. Experience using tools such as Postman and XMLSpy (or similar testing/validation tools)
. Good grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Agile and Waterfall approaches
. Comfortable gathering requirements, mapping business processes, and producing clear documentation
. Working knowledge of database systems (SQL, Oracle, or similar) and data analysis techniques, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.?, * Oracle

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $83,800.00 - $137,100.00.
