Job description

Perform inspection, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, calibration, and certification of products in accordance with the company's quality system

Follow verbal and written instructions including procedures, Technical Service Manuals, drawings, diagrams, flow charts and pictures in completing a variety of troubleshooting, repair, and assembly tasks

Perform system level final acceptance tests

Maintain necessary service and device history records

Promote and maintain positive customer relations

Help in other areas of Technical Service as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience is required
- 1-2 years related experience as Technician, Electronic or Mechanical Assembler
- Ability to speak, read and write proficiently in English
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Outlook and Excel
- Proven strong organizational skills and able to work with minimal to minimal supervision
- Ability to use advanced electronic test equipment, hand tools, and solder irons
- Strong productive work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to stand, bend, twist and reach repeatedly during shift
- Ability to lift 10 pounds to shoulder height repeatedly, and 25 pounds to shoulder height occasionally
- Ability to work in cross functional teams.
Benefits & conditions
Salary range - $21.83- $30.00 per hour (Compensation will vary based on skills, experience and location; it is not typical to be hired at or above the top of the salary range).
Full-time employees who are not on a commission plan are eligible for Verathon's annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance.
