Job description
This position reports to a Sales Manager and the preferred location is Austin, Texas, but we are open to remote US applicants. We're looking for candidates to join us immediately. What you'll do:
- Build agents to solve customer's most pressing problems, by writing AI instructions and configuring Tool usage,
- Partner with Sales to lead technical discovery calls and identify customer goals, data sources, and workflow needs
- Design and deliver custom demos and proof-of-concepts (POCs) showcasing our AI agent capabilities
- Translate customer requirements into technical solutions and implementation plans
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities based on customer feedback
- Support RFP responses, architecture diagrams, and security documentation
- Educate customers on best practices for deploying and scaling AI systems
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle and early post-sale phase
- Contribute to internal playbooks, demo environments, and reusable solution templates
Requirements
- 3+ years in a solutions engineering, pre-sales, or customer-facing technical role
- Strong understanding of AI / ML concepts, APIs, and cloud-based architectures
- Hands-on experience with one or more: Python, AI Agent frameworks (Langraph or CrewAI), or Agentic automation tools
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills - you can frame complex solutions in terms of measurable business impact
- Strong prompt engineering skills - knowledge of best practices, Agent evaluation, etc
- Comfort presenting to executives and technical audiences alike
- Curiosity, resourcefulness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
