Job description
This position reports into the Manager, Solutions Architect and will be based in our Austin, TX office or work remotely from the United States. We're looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you'll do:
- Lead technical scoping and requirements gathering with clients, prospects, and partners.
- Design and implement custom integrations & data migrations leveraging Procore's APIs.
- Draft and manage Statements of Work (SOW), including requirements and pricing.
- Project manage technical development efforts including requirements, design, testing, and delivery.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and technical teams to align solutions with business outcomes.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert for integrations with ERP/accounting systems.
- Up to ~25% travel to clients sites or offices as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/certifications.
- 4 + years of client-facing technical experience.
- Strong understanding of integration architectures, APIs, and development cycles.
- Experience with professional services or consulting practices.
- Excellent communicator for technical and business audiences.
- Ability to manage software projects and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Integration project experience.
